When we went around this morning, Barry was busy attacking the plaster on the dining room wall with a sort of power hammer and Keith was starting to knock through for the foot of the stairs, also wielding a power hammer! The roofer was just starting on slating over the hole where the chimney used to be.
By lunchtime, the stairs had disappeared as well! It's just amazing how much of the house is going out of the door! Tomorrow the floor is going to be concreted in the dining room.
I am really amazed at how quickly everything is happening!
